CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life can be hectic and some appointments may need cancelling or rescheduling.

However we do kindly ask that we are given a minimum of 48 hours notice.

 

 Failure to inform us within the 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge.

 If this charge is not paid, future appointments will be cancelled/refused.

No shows are no longer tolerated.

If you do not contact us cancelling or rescheduling your appointment on two occasions, your client profile will be removed and no future bookings will be made.

 

Patch Testing

A patch test is required for any lash or brow treatments a MINIMUM of 48 hours before treatment. Failure to receive a patch test will result in your appointment being cancelled and the above cancellation policy applied.

*Children*

Children are permitted to attend appointments with their parents. We ask that they are to remain seated in the waiting area of the salon or stay in their pushchairs or buggies.

They will NOT be allowed in any treatment rooms. Again, for safety reasons.

* Symptoms/feeling unwell *

If you are feeling unwell, please cancel your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you once you are well enough to attend a new appointment.
